Whilst Labour have pledged to secure the triple-lock for our pensioners, senior local Labour members have today written to Rishi Sunak to demand he rules out raiding the pensions of Hertsmere’s 19551 pensioners to cover the cost of his unfunded £46bn tax plan.
The letter comes just 18 months after the Conservatives’ disastrous mini-budget crashed the British economy with £45bn worth of unfunded tax cuts.
