Richard Butler has been a Borough Councillor representing the Cowley Hill Ward for eight years. He followed in the footsteps of his father Ernie who was also a much loved local Councillor. A former Mayor of Borehamwood & Elstree, Richard is also a Borehamwood Town Councillor. Richard stood for Parliament in 2015 and is a popular Borehamwood figure who grew up, lives and works locally. Richard wants to continue to work hard for people in Cowley Hill. He is vice chair of the Operations Review Committee.
